Hi, I’m John…
Music has been at the centre of my life for over 25 years. During that time, I’ve DJed everything from an international wedding to a Premier League event, and held a long-term residency at one of Cheshire’s most high-profile nightclubs.
Along the way, I’ve also produced for artists including Nelly and Nelly Furtado, experiences that shaped how I understand music and how it connects with people across generations.
Today, I bring that same care and attention to weddings, corporate events and private celebrations.
For me, great DJing isn’t just about playing great songs. It’s about understanding the atmosphere, reading the room, and knowing what to play and when to play it. From the first conversation to the final song, I keep things calm and organised, so you can enjoy the event with confidence.

Earlier in the day, the music is carefully planned around each moment and setting. When it’s time to dance, I mix live and adapt to the room, moving between your choices, timeless favourites and the tracks that bring different generations together.

Full-Day Wedding - £1,295
One DJ and one clear musical plan throughout the day, from the ceremony through to the final song.
Everything in the Evening Reception package, plus:
Ceremony music playback
One professional wireless handheld microphone for the ceremony, if required, and for speeches later in the day
Drinks-reception soundtrack
Wedding-breakfast background music
Music for entrances, speeches and key moments
Coordination with your venue and other suppliers throughout the day
The music is planned as one complete journey, developing naturally as the day moves from ceremony to celebration.
If amplification is required for the ceremony, the setup includes one professional wireless handheld microphone for the officiant, vows and readings.
The price shown covers the complete package from the ceremony through to the final song. If you don’t require ceremony coverage or another part of the day, your quote will be adjusted to reflect the timings and setup involved.
This package covers a standard one-venue wedding within my usual travel area, finishing by midnight. Separate spaces and outdoor ceremony locations will need to be confirmed in advance so I can check access, power and weather protection.

No two events should sound the same.
While my roots are in R&B, soul, disco, house and feel good classics across the decades, sets are shaped around the occasion and the people in the room.
The mixes below explore some of the different directions the music can take. Some are built around familiar favourites and dance floor energy, while others are more laid-back, refined or less obvious.
They’re not intended to represent everything I play or every style of event. They’re simply a way to hear my approach, how I put music together and the different atmospheres I can create.
